Legislative Decree 231/01
Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 transposes the international legislation on the fight against corruption and defines a set of protocols to adopt as a prevention tool of crime risk behaviours.
Since 2009, Legatoria Editoriale Giovanni Olivotto L.E.G.O. S.p.A. has formalized its responsible conduct by equipping itself with a model of organization, management, and control.
This model provides for supervision by a specific independent body to guarantee at the same time customers, suppliers, and the company itself.
